Not About Photos

This post is totally all about photos! Confused? Never mind, I think I'm funny. Anyway, it's not really about photos. Thursday I skipped out on work for a bit to go help with a Squadron project. We're working on refurbishing a B-17 Flying Fortress. Our job of the day was to replace the elevators (the flaps on the rear "wings"). I don't know too much about mechanics and I know squat about fixing an airplane but I love History and the Air Force so I'm more than willing to lend a hand where I can. It was very cool and we got to go and see the rest of the inside of the plane (and I got photos of course). Not a bad day.
